- How do I join?
- Simply sign up here and tell us a little bit about yourself.
- How do I earn points?
- For every dollar you spend with Mizzen+Main, you’ll earn one point towards your level status. To earn up to 50 extra points, complete your Style Profile and your Personal Profile on your account.
- How do I see my points and current level?
- You can view your points and current level on the Main Man Rewards homepage or in your Account Dashboard by clicking “Main Man Rewards”.
- How do I receive benefits?
- Any benefits you’ve earned as you move up levels will automatically apply to your account, and adjusted shipping costs will be visible at checkout. You will receive both Level Up and Birthday gifts no later than 30 days from the end of the month in which the action took place.
- Can I redeem my points?
- At this time you cannot redeem your points. Your points help you level up to receive exclusive rewards and surprises.
- What does "lifetime spend" mean?
- Your lifetime spend is the total amount of money you’ve spent with Mizzen+Main, minus any discounts or refunds.
- What’s the birthday/level up gift?
- Both the level up and birthday gift will change regularly and could be anything from a discount to a personalized gift. You will receive both Level Up and Birthday gifts no later than 30 days from the end of the month in which the action took place.
- Do all my purchases count towards Main Man Rewards?
- Yes! All past, un-returned purchases made on the Mizzen+Main website or at any of our Mizzen+Main retail stores will automatically count toward your level status upon sign up. If you’ve made purchases using more than one account in the past, please contact customer service for assistance in merging these accounts.
